5:2 – The Fast Diet

This page will document my progress and daily food intake. I have used this diet in the past and would like to lose just a little more weight as well as reaping the benefits that this way of eating produces. I then plan to continue to fast to maintain the benefits. Going public with this should make it more manageable. Calories and steps are counted using my FitBit. Fasting will generally be on Monday and Wednesday with weigh-in day Thursday.
